FreeSWITCHers, I'd like to know if everyone can take a moment to review the phrase XML that you can https://freeswitch.org/stash/projects/FS/repos/freeswitch/browse/docs/phrase The purpose is we are in the process of making sure all the sound files are recorded and anything missing is being documented and ordered ASAP before the 1.8 release. So please help me out. Have you read this? https://freeswitch.org/confluence/display/FREESWITCH/SIP+TLS While it appears to have some broken images that the docs team can fix when they get time. /b On Wed, Nov 30, 2016 at 9:43 AM, Agustí Ubalde <aubalde(a)presenceco.com> wrote: > Hi all, > > I've an Asterisk Server with TLS enabled (wildcard certificate). > I'm trying to connect from FreeSWITCH but I don't know how. [Freeswitch-docs] Wikipedia
by Anthony Minessale 05 Nov '16

05 Nov '16

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FreeSWITCH I tried to ask about this in the hipchat channel but nobody every replied. Can we get some of the info about FS updated on wikipedia? Its not been updated since 2007 other than the latest release. I can't edit it myself cos they get mad about it. It has to explain the purpose and history of FS without sounding like an AD for it. -- Anthony Minessale II ♬ @anthmfs ♬ @FreeSWITCH ♬ ☞ http://freeswitch.org/ ☞ http://cluecon.com/ ☞ http://twitter.com/FreeSWITCH ☞ irc.freenode.net #freeswitch ☞ *http://freeswitch.org/g+ <http://freeswitch.org/g+>* ClueCon Weekly Development Call ☎ sip:888@conference.freeswitch.org ☎ +19193869900 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9XXgW34t40s https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NLaDpGQuZDA

[Freeswitch-docs] Introduction and wiki access
by William McCall 29 Sep '16

29 Sep '16

Hi all-- Long time admirer/user and new contributor here looking to collab on some doc stuff. Specifically, I'm looking to document the TDD/TTY functionality in span_dsp. LMK how I can best contribute this documentation to the wiki. I've got the style guidelines nearby, so newbie mistakes should be low hopefully :) Thanks! -- William McCall

[Freeswitch-docs] Documentation changes for mod_http_cache
by Richard Screene 19 Sep '16

19 Sep '16

Hello, I have written a Pull Request for mod_http_cache that allows the use of Azure Blob Service to store files. It is: https://freeswitch.org/stash/projects/FS/repos/freeswitch/pull-requests/941 <https://freeswitch.org/stash/projects/FS/repos/freeswitch/pull-requests/941> This requires some changes to the documentation to detail the new configuration. How can I go about getting this added? I’m quite willing to write it myself but how should I submit it? Also, how is versioning achieved (ie. how do we tie a version of the documentation to a version of the code)? Regards, Richard

by Brian West 30 Aug '16

Status of Wiki -> Confluence migration and which redirects need to be done now. I do believe we have a lot that has been completed but some redirects aren't installed. When can we have a meeting to go over this?
