Sound File Locations
by Sean Devoy 16 Apr '19

16 Apr '19

Hi, I am upgrading to the current version from a very old build. I am having trouble with my IVR recordings. I have searched confluence, but not found the relevant page. The demo files just says "relative to the sounds folder". I cannot find it/them. Where are the sound files? VM sound files? Where should I put my IVR sound files and what path should I use in the IVR menu? Thanks for your help. Sean

About Callcenter issue
by 王聡 15 Apr '19

15 Apr '19

Hey all, I’m trying to build a callcenter based on freeswitch with 10 peers, each calls will bridge to all peers with bridge command and first answered peer win the call. In most situations it works well, but sometimes the call couldn’t be established when 2 peers answered in one time. FreeSWITCH log showed a 15sec waiting after the bridge, but none of the peers received the call successfully. The call had terminated after timeout. Is there any suggestions for this problem? Environment info: Server: FreeSWITCH 1.8.5 Client: Bria 5 Regards. C.Wang

ClueCon Speaker Submissions and Community Tools
by Anthony Minessale 14 Apr '19

14 Apr '19

Hi, Visit https://www.cluecon.com/speakers/ to sign up to be a speaker for ClueCon 2019 The sooner you get the submission, the sooner you can get started procrastinating from writing it! JK, that's probably only me who does that. We're looking for speaker submissions about everything not just FS, use Asterisk, Kamailio, you name it we want to see it at ClueCon! Also be sure to sign up at https://signalwire.community and https://signalwire.com for our Slack Community and our SignalWire free account. We're looking for feedback on what things from FreeSWITCH you'd like to see managed and extended to the cloud! Naturally we have phone numbers, SIP trunking and SMS as tools to augment your FS installs and supporting SignalWire helps keep the FS team together to work on keeping up with the bit rot and Debian 10 is around the corner! -- Anthony Minessale II Founder, FreeSWITCH. http://freeswitch.com https://youtu.be/l_hOxzCt6X4 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oAxXgyx5jUw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9XXgW34t40s https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NLaDpGQuZDA
