Sound File Locations
Hi, I am upgrading to the current version from a very old build. I am having trouble with my IVR recordings. I have searched confluence, but not found the relevant page. The demo files just says "relative to the sounds folder". I cannot find it/them. Where are the sound files? VM sound files? Where should I put my IVR sound files and what path should I use in the IVR menu? Thanks for your help. Sean
Hi, Try fs_cli -x "eval $${sound_prefix}" or fs_cli -x "eval $${sounds_dir}" Regards, Alex Alex Sibyakin | Support Engineer SignalWire | 228 Hamilton Ave 3rd Floor, Palo Alto, CA 94303 Email: alex@freeswitch.com Website: https://www.signalwire.com On Tue, Apr 9, 2019 at 5:14 AM Sean Devoy <sdevoy@bizfocused.com> wrote:

Thank you for your response. I have been away. That was helpful. I also had to fini8sh the install steps and add the sounds! you can see directories by fs_cli -x "global_getvar" | grep dir like this ... sounds_dir=/usr/share/freeswitch/sounds ... .... Sean Devoy <sdevoy@bizfocused.com>, 8 Nis 2019 Pzt, 23:10 tarihinde şunu yazdı:
