sometimes some internal calls abandoned!

Hello everybody, Have you ever got `Abandoned` warning and your call hanged?! Sometimes casually our internal calls have this problem. Call is not bridged (like the device hangs!) and `Abandoned` warning logged. fs_cli console log tells: ``` 2019-10-09 09:01:47.502759 [WARNING] switch_core_state_machine.c:572 8a09055e-98b6-409a-9d01-8b1961860447 sofia/internal/138@***.***.***.***:5060 Abandoned ``` Best regards,

Hi! Not only last directory, but all parent directories must be accessible to FS on read and execute. fs proc must can read and execute /, /home /home/fs, /home/fs/vmshared, /home /home/fs/vmshared/x.y.z.w/, and must read, write and execute /home/fs/vmshared/x.y.z.w/1000 вт, 22 окт. 2019 г. в 13:40, H Yavari via FreeSWITCH-users < freeswitch-users(a)lists.freeswitch.org>: > > > > ---------- Forwarded message ---------- > From: H Yavari <hyavari(a)rocketmail.com> > To: FreeSWITCH Users Help <freeswitch-users(a)lists.freeswitch.org> > Cc: > Bcc: > Date: Tue, 22 Oct 2019 10:20:18 +0000 (UTC) > Subject: New storage path error > Hi to all, > > When I change any storage directory for FS, I get error in read/write. Might it help to others also: We have to use this path : /var/lib/freeswitch as a base DIR.I don't know the reason, but I checked the codes also: if (switch_dir_make_recursive(dir_path, SWITCH_DEFAULT_DIR_PERMS, switch_core_session_get_pool(session)) != SWITCH_STATUS_SUCCESS) { switch_log_printf(SWITCH_CHANNEL_SESSION_LOG(session), SWITCH_LOG_ERROR, "Error creating %s\n", dir_path); goto end; } We set owner and mod for directories but it just accept /var/lib/freeswitch path. Do you have any idea? Hi, Does Freeswitch support DTLS 1.2 for webrtc? If yes, which version supports DTLS 1.2? Google will drop DTLS1.0 support in M81 per https://bugs.chromium.org/p/webrtc/issues/detail?id=10261 Thanks, /Kaiduan

Choppy audio calling verto conference from MacOS
by Ivan C Myrvold 20 Oct '19

20 Oct '19

I have installed FreeSWITCH on a Debian 10 server on DigitalOcean, and then followed the instructions to install Verto. When I call the conference extension 3500 from a Chrome browser on my Mac, the video quality is very good, bt the audio quality is terrible, very choppy. Is this a problem on the client side (Mac) or server side (Debian)? Here is a log output I see, if that help: 2019-10-20 04:54:31.671959 [DEBUG] mod_verto.c:607 WRITE 62.97.172.98:59256 [{ "jsonrpc": "2.0", "id": 49, "method": "verto.event", "params": { "data": { "action": "modify", "name": "3500", "hashKey": "e51a8db2-3c54-257d-a3a1-15a0e097d5d2", "wireSerno": 49, "data": ["0001", "1008", "FreeSWITCH User", "opus@48000", "{\"audio\":{\"muted\":false,\"deaf\":false,\"onHold\":false,\"talking\":false,\"floor\":true,\"energyScore\":3},\"video\":{\"visible\":true,\"videoOnly\":false,\"avatarPresented\":false,\"mediaFlow\":\"sendRecv\",\"muted\":false,\"floor\":true,\"reservationID\":null,\"roleID\":null,\"videoLayerID\":0,\"canvasID\":0,\"watchingCanvasID\":0},\"oldStatus\":\"FLOOR VIDEO (FLOOR)\"}", { }, null] }, "eventChannel": "conference-liveArray.3500(a)134.209.224.206", "eventSerno": 44 } }]

Integrating mod_callcenter with mobile app
by Alejandro Recarey 19 Oct '19

19 Oct '19

Hi all, thanks for taking the time to read this post. We are trying to integrate mod_callcenter with our mobile app. However, phone apps are put on pause when the phone is locked. This means that mod_callcenter will try the user agent, and find it is not registered, and immediately pass to the next agent. The correct way to get a mobile app to receive an inbound VoIP call is to send a push notification, and then the app will re-register, and the Freeswitch will need to dial the agent again. Ideally, mod_callcenter could send an event whenever it is trying an agent, which would allow us send a push notification if the agent dialled is on a mobile_app. mod_callcenter would also need to wait for the agent to reregister to send the call to that agent again. I have not found a way to do this with mod_callcenter. Is there a way to do this? Or is this sort of functionality ousourced to another server by placing something like kamailio between the FS server and the user? Thanks for the help, Alex
