Have you tried: <param name="mailer-app" value="/usr/share/freeswitch/scripts/emailwav.sh"/> <param name="mailer-app-args" value="whatever you want the script to see"/> In other words, specify the "app" as the script name, and the "args" as the parameters you want to pass it. This assumes that your script is executable by the freeswitch user and contains "#!/bin/bash" as the first line. Where you say the app you want is sendmail, I think this is your problem, instead tell it your shell script and make the arguments what you want and the shell script will invoke sendmail itself. Bump. Can anyone help with this please? I have tried the manuals and searches and I am stuck. Also, why is my message always made an attachment in the list. I have it set to send "Plain Text". Original Message: I have a shell script that sends my voicemail files as I need them to be sent. However, I cannot get that emailwav.sh file called. In switch.conf.xml I changed: <param name="mailer-app" value="sendmail"/> <param name="mailer-app-args" value="-t"/> To: <param name="mailer-app" value="/bin/bash /usr/share/freeswitch/scripts/emailwav.sh"/> <param name="mailer-app-args" value=""/> and restarted Freeswitch. It still tries to send with sendmail. Get registrations via fs_cli or API
by Bernd Krueger-Knauber 29 Sep '22

29 Sep '22

Hi, today I found something which can't be right: show registrations results in a total of 26. sofia status profile internal reg results in 37 entries show registrations does not show the 'double' registrations on same extensions. In my opinion this is a bug. The way via sofia is complicated, since you need to check all profiles. And it is also more complicated to parse the output. We are using version 1.10.7 Any ideas? Best regrads, Bernd

send voicemail with shell script
by Sean Devoy 29 Sep '22

29 Sep '22

Hi, I have a shell script that sends my voicemail files as I need them to be sent. However, I cannot get that emailwav.sh file to be called. In switch.conf.xml I changed: <param name="mailer-app" value="sendmail"/> <param name="mailer-app-args" value="-t"/> To: <param name="mailer-app" value="/bin/bash /usr/share/freeswitch/scripts/emailwav.sh"/> <param name="mailer-app-args" value=""/> and restarted Freeswitch. It still tries to send with sendmail. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks. Sean

Dial string issue for multiple registrations contact
by Piccinin Francesco 27 Sep '22

27 Sep '22

hello to everyone, I'm taking my first steps on this wonderful software! I have a little problem: in a lua script I'm forging a dialstring like this: {option1=value1, option2=value2}[presence_id=1001@domainA]${sofia_contact(user/1001@domainA)},[presence_id=1002@domainA]${sofia_contact(user/1002@domainA)} suppose that users have both 2 active registrations, the desired dialstring should be: {option1=value1, option2=value2}[presence_id=1001@domainA]sofia/internal/sip:1001@10.10.10.1,[presence_id=1001@domainA]sofia/internal/sip:1001@10.10.10.2,[presence_id=1002@domainA]sofia/internal/sip:1002@10.10.10.3,[presence_id=1002@domainA]sofia/internal/sip:1002@10.10.10.4 Since {sofia_contact(user/1001@domainA)} is expanded in a list of comma separated values, what I get is: (spaces for readeability): {option1=value1, option2=value2}[presence_id=1001@domainA]sofia/internal/sip:1001@10.10.10.1,sofia/internal/sip:1001@10.10.10.2,[presence_id=1002@domainA]sofia/internal/sip:1002@10.10.10.3,sofia/internal/sip:1002@10.10.10.4 so, only one registration per extensions gets the presence_id parameter. I also tried to manipulate the sintax adding parenthesis but it was not accpeted and errors returned. Is it a way to achieve the desired dialstring?many thanks! TLS stops when a call is enabled
by Aina Mestre 27 Sep '22

27 Sep '22

Good morning, I'm trying to configure SRTP with TLS on Freeswitch. I already have SRTP, and I can establish a conversation with TLS, but when I make a call, it says "encrypted alert" and the TLS conversation stops sending the INVITE in TCP. I have been looking for some solutions and it states that the problema may be that the certificate is not properly configured or that TLS is not properly configured. It is imposible that the certificate has any problems because I currently get TLS untill the call starts. Here it is the configuration on my profile: <param name='rtp_secure_media' value='mandatory: AES_CM_128_HMAC_SHA1_80'/> <param name='bind-params" value="tls"/> <param name='tls-version' value='tlsv1'/> <param name='register-transport' value='tls'/> <param name="register" value="false"/> <param name="transport" value="tls"/> <param name="tls" value="$${internal_ssl_enable}"/> <param name="tls-only" value="true"/> <param name="tls-bind-params" value="transport=tls"/> <param name="tls-sip-port" value="$${internal_tls_port}"/> <param name="tls-cert-dir" value="/usr/local/freeswitch/conf"/> <param name="tls-verify-date" value="true"/> <param name="tls-verify-policy" value="none"/> <param name="tls-version" value="$${sip_tls_version}"/> <param name="tls-ciphers" value="$${sip_tls_ciphers}"/> <param name="contact-params" value="tport=tls"/> <param name="ws-binding" value="XX.XX.XX.XX:5061"/> Also, I would like to make another observation: when I configure the bridge has transport=TLS ( <action application="bridge" data="{${t38}}${mydialbridge};transport=tls"/>) in the dialplan, the debug says "TLS not supported by profile" Thank you for taking the time to deal with my queries Kind regards.
