Good day to you. I am setting up the sccp in freeswitch for the telephones which can not be upgraded to work via sip. When i use sccp in freeswitch i have to wait for determine time to process the call or to press the next digit,is it possible to wait for the appropriate time until you match the suitable pattern in dialplan and then process the call immediately? Best regards, Nick

OpenSIPS is the way to go... You could look at something like an acme packet but the bang for the buck As far as the Barracuda LoadBalancers go not sure if they run sip or not On 9/15/14 9:41 AM, "aademattia(a)comcast.net" <aademattia(a)comcast.net> wrote: > Yes pure sip. > I looked at opensips but wanted to see if a big name load balancer would work > better > > Sent from my HTC > > ----- Reply message ----- > From: "Grant Bagdasarian" <GB(a)cm.nl> > To: "FreeSWITCH Users Help" <freeswitch-users(a)lists.freeswitch.org> > Subject: [Freeswitch-users] barracuda load balancer > Date: Mon, Sep 15, 2014 9:56 AM > > If it¹s pure for signaling(SIP), have you looked at Kamailio? > > > From: freeswitch-users-bounces(a)lists.freeswitch.org > [mailto:freeswitch-users-bounces@lists.freeswitch.org] On Behalf Of Andrew > Sent: Sunday, September 14, 2014 9:46 PM > To: 'FreeSWITCH Users Help' > Subject: [Freeswitch-users] barracuda load balancer > > Hi, > Does anyone know if barracuda or any load balancer doing media by pass would > work? > Does SIP need a special kind of balancer? > > > > > _________________________________________________________________________ > Professional FreeSWITCH Consulting Services: > consulting(a)freeswitch.org > http://www.freeswitchsolutions.com > > Official FreeSWITCH Sites > http://www.freeswitch.org > http://confluence.freeswitch.org > http://www.cluecon.com > > FreeSWITCH-powered IP PBX: The CudaTel Communication Server > http://www.cudatel.com > > FreeSWITCH-users mailing list > FreeSWITCH-users(a)lists.freeswitch.org > http://lists.freeswitch.org/mailman/listinfo/freeswitch-users > UNSUBSCRIBE:http://lists.freeswitch.org/mailman/options/freeswitch-users > http://www.freeswitch.org -- Ken http://www.FreeSWITCH.org http://www.ClueCon.com http://www.OSTAG.org irc.freenode.net #freeswitch Twitter: @FreeSWITCH

Weekly conference timing
by François Delawarde 15 Sep '14

15 Sep '14

Hi community, Would there be any way to make the weekly conference earlier than 2PM CST? In Europe it's like drinking time (9-10PM), especially on Fridays... Or maybe consider having a change every two weeks, doing it in the morning one week (10AM CST = 5PM here in CET), and doing it in the afternoon the next week for the Asian and Australian folks to be able to connect too! Thanks, François.

Operator softphone for FreeSWITCH
by Michael S Collins 15 Sep '14

15 Sep '14

Hello all, I'm curious to know what you folks are using for operator softphones for your office users. I have a weird scenario where a user wants a single person to have an "operator panel" that connects to 4 different servers and have presence info for various users on those 4 different servers. This sounds like a unicorn to me but I thought I'd ask. Any input you have on the subject is welcomed. Thanks, Michael

Where to post RFQ
by Sean Devoy 14 Sep '14

Well, consulting(a)freeswitch.org<mailto:consulting@freeswitch.org> has not answered or even acknowledged my request, so I will ask here. Is the a mailing list where is it appropriate to post an RFQ for a Freeswitch project? Thanks, Sean
