CDR problem with att_xfer
by satyajeet vyas 27 Aug '14

27 Aug '14

I am using att_xfer for conversation between A, B, C A calls B, B calls C then B press 0 to create conference. There is 3 CDR record as expected but if C answer the call then all 3 CID_name is "Outbound Call" and All 3 "CID_number" is C's number however if C dont answer the call then all 3 records are just showing fine. So anyone can explain this behavior..!

Hi, Experimenting with trying to get nibblebill working with conference and caused a Floating point exception (core dumped). Need help setting up Freeswitch with commercial SSL certificate
by Tim Smith 27 Aug '14

Hi, The story so far : • I've installed new certs • checked config in vars.xml is pointing to the right place • restarted freeswitch entirely • it is still using some sort of internal certificates ?? cafile and agent contain my certs and not those referred to in the openssl output ?? Cisco SX-20 video conferencing
by Norman Laidla 26 Aug '14

26 Aug '14

Hello, I tried sending this to the video mailing list, but after three failed deliveries, I figure that's a dead-end. Our office is setting up a video conferencing system and I've been tasked with making it work through FreeSWITCH. The end-point we're using is a Cisco Telepresence SX-20 (http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collaboration-endpoints/telepresence-…) unit. Currently, the test setup looks like this: a laptop running Zoiper, the SX-20 and a Debian server running FS, all on a LAN. Both end-points are registered on the internal profile. During calls, the audio stream works without a hitch, but the video is more problematic. There's basically no video. Setting FS to proxy media mode and enabling the proxy codecs lets audio pass, but no video at all. Setting FS to bypass mode is only marginally better: there's certainly a video stream, but it's corrupted beyond usefulness and only works from Zoiper to SX-20. I've run Wireshark and in proxy mode, h.263 packets move only from Zoiper to FS with nothing coming from FS to Zoiper; whereas in bypass mode, there is a stream of packets going from the SX-20 to Zoiper, but there's no image.

multiple records of the same user registration on the same host
by Henry Huang 25 Aug '14

25 Aug '14

I did not enable the multiple_registation parameter in sip profile, but I am seeing multiple registrations of the same user in the sip_registration table through odbc. Here is how it happened, the client (pjsip) is registering through TCP, without un-registering, the client failed and got restarted again. Hence another registration was fired to the server; however, it did not replace the previous record, but instead created an additional one. Now, can someone explain to me how that is possible? How can I make sure the new registration overwrite the previous one. The only thing different is that every time when the client register again, it's using a different TCP port. Can that be the cause of multiple record? If so, what should I do? Here is an example of the registered record from sip_registration table except the TCP port number is different every time. I have also masked the IP addresses and sip_user call_id: VV3Fz9nEPrGZaVHi-Na0xUMR43u5pe4E sip_user: ****999 sip_host: sip.domain.com presence_hosts: sip.domain.com,10.10.10.10 contact: "user" <sip:****999@123.123.123.123:49311 ;transport=TCP;ob;fs_nat=yes;fs_path=sip%3A71117x0%40124.124.124.124%3A5060> status: Registered(AUTO-NAT-2.0) rpid: unknown expires: 1408559112 user_agent: unknown server_user: ****999 server_host: 11.11.11.11 profile_name: device_kamailio hostname: freeswitch01 network_ip: 124.124.124.124 network_port: 5060 sip_username: ****999 sip_realm: 124.124.124.124 mwi_user: ****999 mwi_host: sip.domain.com orig_server_host: 12.12.12.12 orig_hostname: freeswitch01 sub_host: NULL Thanks, Henry

Hey Guys, Is it possible to work with enterprise originate and manual redirect of mod_sofia? Tried that but without much luck. Did I hit a bug or since enterprise originate is a special treat of forking it has it's limits? Ta, DanB
