Hello. How can I intercept a fifo? I tried to use the example of intecept default dialplan, but in no fifo dialed_extension. <extension name="operators"> <condition field="destination_number" expression="^operators$"> <action application="bind_meta_app" data="2 b s record_session::/opt/freeswitch/storage/record/${strftime(%Y-%m-%d-%H-%M-%S)}_${destination_number}_${caller_id_number}.wav"/> <action application="hash" data="insert/${domain_name}-call_return/${dialed_extension}/${caller_id_number}"/> <action application="hash" data="insert/${domain_name}-last_dial_ext/${dialed_extension}/${uuid}"/> <action application="set" data="called_party_callgroup=${user_data(${dialed_extension}@${domain_name} var callgroup)}"/> <action application="hash" data="insert/${domain_name}-last_dial/${called_party_callgroup}/${uuid}"/> <action application="answer"/> <action application="playback" data="ivr/ivrvoice/razgovor-mozhet-byt-zapisan.wav"/> <action application="playback" data="ivr/ivr-hold_connect_call.wav"/> <action application="set" data="fifo_music=$${hold_music}"/> <action application="fifo" data="operators@$${domain} in undef"/> </condition> </extension> <fifo name="operators@$${domain}" importance="0"> <member timeout="15" simo="1" lag="20">{fifo_caller_exit_key=9,fifo_consumer_exit_key=9}user/100@$${domain}</member> </fifo> </fifos> -- Best regards, Vladimir Elizarov

Are you trying to intercept the call that is ringing at a FIFO agent's phone? -MC

You can't. The FIFO system isn't transferring the call to the agent's phone. Rather, it is ringing the agent's phone and when the agent picks up, it then bridges the caller to the agent. What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Just curious. By the way you can possibly resolve this issue by create an "agent access" extension. The idea is simple: User A picks up and dials an extension; that extension then connects User A to the longest waiting caller in the FIFO queue. Use this example to create your "agent access" extension: http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Mod_fifo#Take_a_caller_out_of_a_FIFO_queue The net result is probably the same: a third phone connects to the caller in queue. If that caller is the only one in the queue then the agent's phone that is ringing will stop ringing immediately. -MC
I need to make a queue for the Secretary, in which one secretary. But if the Secretary is not there, I would like to be able to intercept calls to other users. This can not be done even if the intercept will be a user to the agent queue? On Wed, Mar 17, 2010 at 10:11 PM, Michael Collins <msc@freeswitch.org> wrote:

Why not just have the receptionist log out of the queue when she's not at her desk? -MC
If she leaves the queue, the queue will not be agents. A user simply intercepting the call should be able to transfer the call to your phone when the Secretary is not there. Agents can intercept a call in the fifo queue? On Thu, Mar 18, 2010 at 9:59 AM, Michael Collins <msc@freeswitch.org> wrote:

I'm sorry but I don't understand. If the receptionist logs out of the queue then calls that are queued up will go to other agents (if available) or stay in queue until the receptionist gets back. Also, you can do the "agent access" extension I mentioned earlier so that non-agents can take callers out of the queue. -MC
ok. I will try to realize, what I want with "agent access" extension. Thanks for your help. On Thu, Mar 18, 2010 at 6:57 PM, Michael Collins <msc@freeswitch.org> wrote:
