Hi Naseer, I am going to monitor the ASR and ACD from the Master.csv file of asterisk (/var/log/asterisk/cdr-csv/Master.csv) & actually the basic requirement is that the script or tool should read the whole file and when ASR, ACD is low from the desired requirement, then we should get an email alert or any notification. This thing came to my mind since Faisal said "These are all open source softwares and linked with each other" - Relating to the CDR CSV manipulation here, do both Asterisk and FreeSWITCH cdrs correspond to each other? (both have same dispositions and other fields) if there be any way to make both (*,FS) dump CDR data into just one common backend! , this would definitely require to have almost equivalent and same fields of the CDR structure ! Hello :) Well i can only assume this varies on your needs ( data per client ,per carrier, per endpoint ) by i assume a Daemon with Event Socket or even better http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Mod_event_zmq + Poll of Workers ( Using ZMQ) would be able to generate the data in realtime ( that usually lacks in 90 % of the software out there) , even if you are trowing thousands of calls at FS. If you are reading CSV i think Multiprocessing will be able to handle the load , at least in my opinion i can't see the difficulty in deploying this , in the CSV case will only be the DISK IO that may hold you back .. and in ZMQ the network IO.
