VQManager can do everything, trigger alarm and alerts on low/high usages ASR/ACD etc. Also monitoring QoS. Self written scripts, using MySQL CDRs table is definitely a good choice if you are good at it. On Thu, Oct 20, 2011 at 4:21 PM, Muhammad Naseer Bhatti <nbhatti@gmail.com>wrote:

I hope you've already heard about it, not an opensource one but VQManager is the best thing so far I've came across.

Hi Everyone,
First of all I would like to say that I wasn't supposed to ask this question here in this forum that belongs to Free-switch, but I think I can find any help related to Asterisk ASR & ACD monitoring. So I am in search of a reliable open source tool for the real time monitoring of ASR & ACD (Using Asterisk's Master.csv), so any help or suggestions will be highly appreciated.
