I hope you've already heard about it, not an opensource one but VQManager is the best thing so far I've came across. On Thu, Oct 20, 2011 at 2:21 PM, Faisal Rehman <faisal.rehman22@hotmail.com>wrote:
*Hi Everyone,*
First of all I would like to say that I wasn't supposed to ask this question here in this forum that belongs to Free-switch, but I think I can find any help related to Asterisk ASR & ACD monitoring.
So I am in search of a reliable open source tool for the real time monitoring of ASR & ACD (Using Asterisk's Master.csv), so any help or suggestions will be highly appreciated.
Regards,
