Hi, I have set up an auto atendant where it is allowed to dial an extension directly. The problem: If I hear the music I choose "120". --> The extension is not found. If I check the log I find that actually "11220" was searched. This extension does not exist. Can you somebody tell me, why "120" will be recognised and searched as "11220". I have called from my mobile phone. The extensionnumber was chosen with this. I have typed the digits pretty fast. These ware definitly not typed double. Thank you for the ideas. With kind regards, I.
It would be helpful to see your dialplan. I suspect you have the following: ... <condition field="destination_number" expression="120"> ... If so, you should bear in mind this is a regular expression, not a string to match. 120 will match any string containing 120 ^120 will match any string starting 120 120$ will match any string ending 120 ^120$ will match the exact string 120 -Steve On 17 November 2010 22:45, Isti <pistike040@googlemail.com> wrote:

Oh, I think I misunderstood your situation. You are getting the extension from DTMF and then transferring to that extension, but DTMF reads 11220 instead of 120? Do you have a packet trace of the incoming call? -Steve On 17 November 2010 22:45, Isti <pistike040@googlemail.com> wrote:
