Hi Guillermo, What this particular client wants is something akin to voiceoperatorpanel.com, except with the ability to have the one display show connections to multiple PBXes. So you'd have a really fancy softphone that can show presence info for users on multiple PBXes. (I'm assuming that'd be quite a nice little SIP packet storm to keep all those NOTIFYs coming in...) Some folks call this a HUD - heads up display. I'm just curious what people use in the scenario where the receptionist does not take her hands off of the computer keyboard/mouse to handle calls. My Snom phones can have up to 12 active identities (Sip registrations). You can program the different lights to show you when a user is on the phone, ringing, etc. Is this what you mean?
