recommend allocating a ramdisk to write your cdrs cron can move them to a hdd periodically
its a good idea to have the sqlite db in a ramdisk as well
also check if this issue exists in the svn
try to replicate the issue by using the hdd a lot and do cdr writes to see if it fails at the same place
