I didn't spend time (yet) to reproduce your issue, but you may want to give us some more information: What kind of DTMF (inband /outband - RFC2833) are you using, what is your client? Are you testing locally or through a provider? Maybe share your dialplan/script ... Are you using text-to-speech?
