Why not? Once the stream in encoded we can reattach it to the 95 muted participants? So currently mod_conderence encodes every muted participant seperate?

You're out of resources. You'll hit the same thing trying to encode to 95 participants as the stream can't easily be shared.

With 100 participants the audio quality decreases significantly. CPU is almost 100%. 95 participants are muted but I think their audio stream also gets encoded and mixed. We could serve those 95 participants the same mixed stream? That would save lots of cpu?
