Is it a SIP call? If so grab a SIP trace and see if one end or the other is sending a BYE. Usually there's a reason for the BYE and you can work from there. -MC On Fri, Aug 8, 2014 at 6:40 AM, Joel White <joelewhite@gmail.com> wrote:
When playing back messages on handsets, the call drops completely after ~60 seconds. I do not have it tied to a database so I am not sure where the issue is. FreeSWITCH CLI is not yielding any revelations as far as I can see relating to the cause of the drop.
Has anyone ever experienced this?
Any help is greatly appreciated
