No tweaks needed, and using default values (use-ecm=true, disable-v17=false).
Feature-wise it's not really comparable to a Hylafax solution, but with a few scripts to manage queues and such, you can build a very nice solution able to handle a huge fax volume! FS + gofaxip + HylafFAX+ should now have surpassed what Hylafax can do on its own. Seamless audio + T.38 FAXing is one definite area of superiority.
