Ok I was in doubt because I am having difficulty getting this to work: fifo_member add queue1@cc1 user/1000 fifo_member add queue2@cc1 user/1000 fifo_member add queue3@cc1 user/1000 fifo_member add queue4@cc1 user/1000 I run these commands when user dials to login to queue: "fifo", "queue1@cc1 out wait" "fifo", "queue2@cc1 out wait" "fifo", "queue3@cc1 out wait" "fifo", "queue4@cc1 out wait" result : Agent is on an off-hook session but only in queue1@cc1, when call comes from other queues they just ring on his second line ignoring his on going off-hook fifo session.
