I wonder why nobody calls their cellphone provider with this type of complaint. I have never had any pay service version of voicemail that uses folders. I added a folder column in case I wanted to implement it some day but I was not in a rush to do so because having folders causes an instant dependency on some type of advanced UI (besides the telephone keypad which is the least common denominator). But I am well used to everyone being perfectly happy with services they pay $100 a month for and getting "miffed" about free software. That's a daily occurrence around here.
