Possible is, but I don't think that Tony or any core developer is going to do an application that high level. This can be accomplished using several tools already developed in FS. Suppose xyz@gmail.com is configured in jingle_profiles/client.xml. if abc@gmail.com invites xyz@gmail.com into a chat window, abc can type CALL 16502444567, then FS side returns a challenge question for password, abc then types PASSWORD xxxx, once the password is authorized, FS will make a call to external PSTN world and bridge the call.
