You could fund development of a new IAX stack. I know someone that is willing to write such a thing. Can you clarify WHY you use IAX? I see no reason to use it in an ITSP/Carrier arena. Maybe you can fill me in because I haven't seen it fair well under high load/high usage scenarios.
