My Linksys phones do seem to reboot every time they sync the config. However, I have the Message_Waiting option turned off. Is there another option that you think might be related to the rebooting? I do not think it is a DHCP issue because the phones get the same IP address each time they request one from the DHCP server. I am using the 5.1.8 firmware, which I believe is the latest for the 921 and 941 phones.

I changed a few things like username/password/proxy/provisioning URL, but otherwise left everything the same as one of my real configuration files.
Do you have a sample config you could send to me for a Linksys 901, 921, or 941? I would love to be able to compare to see what other options might make a difference.
