I get exactly the same thing on a Sangoma B700 board. I raised ticket [#1310] with Sangoma but never got to the bottom of it. Part of the problem was that it was so intermittent and unreproducible in my case. The sad truth (for a perfectionist engineer) is that the users have learned to live with it and priorities are now elsewhere :(.
