Nandy,
you have 2 FXS modules. try to swap modules 0 and 1 to isolate whether the problem is in the daughter board or on the motherboard. this is far i can suggest. :-)
Will try that next time I can shut down the system (it is in production use). I verified that one of the FXS modules is working, but it could still be a motherboard fault. Julf
