Excellent question. I'm not familiar with anyone who has done a FS-specific implementation for SugarCRM (or any other CRM). I am interested in knowing more if anyone has built such a solution. What I am looking for is something that will pop up or give a choice for popping up a SugarCRM account based on the caller ID.
