no, I mean removing the whole list completely. If your software is installed in Europe, and the list of carriers contains only US carriers, it will simply be annoying to choose "other" every time. Even in small Switzerland, there are a dozen of popular SIP providers, and few dozens of less popular ones :) so, any ready-made list would be useless.
