I setup the above dial plan. The call to extension works perfect. But It never call to the ${followme_neumber}.

How can I fix this issue.

You might need to set this variable to true prior to your bridge: http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Channel_Variables#originate_continue_on_time...
