AFAIK "transfer" means jumping to other dialplan section ("1000" in your case) while "bridge" means generating a new call (leg B) and bridge it with leg A (the caller).
But what difference does that make when I call 1000 ?
- "transfer" will jump to the dialplan "1000" extension, and that can do anything you have decided in that dialplan. -- Iñaki Baz Castillo
