I get the same message when trying to playback. I've added a few debug lines - it looks as if the 'version' is never written to the file during video record. I believe this is because the following line (in mod_fsv) returns false: if (switch_channel_test_flag(channel, CF_VIDEO)) { Maybe I should infer from this that the channel I'm trying to record isn't sending video. I'm using XLite on windows - I start a 'video call' and whilst the call is started I suspect it hasn't been able to negotiate video and perhaps fallen back to audio. XLite does H.263 and H.263+.
