I found this thread from 2013 that identified the issue as the sip-force-contact parameter.

I removed the NDLB parameter and I get back "Hello, you said:" but the ${body} part is not coming through.
Any ideas?

I tan into this very same issue and ended up switching to Kamailio :)
Let me see if I can find my old notes

I saw a message somewhere that I need to “alias” something, but I do not understand what to do.
I am on Multitenant and I expect that is part of the issue. How do I define the domain in a chat plan and on the phone? Clearly it is registered under its domain.

I'd say start simple, do:
then send a message and make sure you receive it back.

Try in the chat dialplan, I can’t remember where it is. Checkout mod_sms

When I send a text “xxx” from one extension to another I get:
2019-08-01 18:02:56.952248 [WARNING] sofia_presence.c:221 Not sending to local box for 666@[fqdn here] 2019-08-01 18:02:56.952248 [ERR] sofia_presence.c:272 Chat proto [sip] from ["667" <sip:667@[fqdn here]>;tag=72173e0a] to [666@[fqdn here]] xxx Nobody to send to: Profile internal
Where do I define the profile? What goes in it? The FQDN or context maybe?
