There's been some notice posted on the wiki page for the last two weekly conferences about LRN.
mod_lcr currently has no support for LRN, nor do I know where to get a full database before the fact.
I did have a few ideas for how to shoehorn LRN into mod_lcr without taking the whole thing apart, I put up some notes at: http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Mod_lcr#LRN_Placeholder
