[Freeswitch-users] EXCHANGE_ROUTING_ERROR with transfer and nested IVRs

Hi Michael,

I just solved the issue.
My ITSP set the max_forward header to a low number (5) so FS dropped the 
packet in the nested IVR case (more than 5 transfers).
I have forced the max_forward header to a higher number (65).
