The Hua Wei documentation says HNC1 is something from RFC2833. However, 
RFC2833 only mentions encryption with respect to the possibility of 
applying encryption to an RTP stream. I don't think RFC4733 mentions 
encryption at all. No actual encryption scheme is specified. Hua Wei 
seem to be the only people who ever mention HNC1.
