[Freeswitch-users] callcenter with external agents

Hello.
As I said the first time, it seems that there's no agent in your queue.
Check the TIER config
In agent you put :
agent name="1000 at default"
But in TIER
tier agent="1000 at callcenter"
For me, it's not the same agent, Try to put agent at default in TIER config
party
