Hello.<br>As I said the first time, it seems that there's no agent in your queue.<br>Check the TIER config<br>In agent you put : <br>agent name="<span class="">1000</span>@default" <br><br>But in TIER<br>tier agent="<span class="">1000</span>@callcenter"<br>
