Thanks a lot. It worked J
This mailing list has been a tremendous source of information and have
drastically cut down my learning cycle. I am really grateful for that.
Now one more question, I want a user to dial some information in the IVR
system, and then the agent to be able to access that information. How can I
achieve that?
Thanks and Regards
Nitin

Hello Nitin.
Try this
http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Freeswitch_XML-RPC
Probably fits your use case

Hi,
Thanks, I was able to log out the agent from FreeSWITCH console. And I was
also able to define two extensions in dialpna.conf where agents can call to
login/logout.
But I am not able to do it from outside the system. I am not familiar with
Python, is that the only way or it can be done through some other way as
well?
Regards
Nitin

Please see carefully how the command is written. It must be:
callcenter_config agent set status [agent name] 'Logged Out'

On wiki
http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Mod_callcenter#Script_to_announce_members_po
sition
is an example for agent-login and agent-logout dialplan extension.
