[Freeswitch-docs] Changes to Confluence Layout

It looks like there were some changes made to the confluence css. With the
new style it's much harder to edit pages, when I click on edit, the edit
box is squished to the right side of the window, instead of the full window
I used to get. Also, the toolbar menus are broken, the drop down menus are
hidden behind the editor. When I click on insert link the pop-up dialog is
not visible.

Can we roll back to the old style?
