[Freeswitch-docs] Code contains links to wiki

the wiki is going away and being replaced by confluence so the answer is
always going to be the information should be migrated to confluence.  If
they should be separate pages or combined into less pages on confluence
depends, in general I'm not sure Sofia needs multiple pages.
