[Freeswitch-docs] Code contains links to wiki

Dear Mr. Boogie0:

Confluence is a work in progress. Migrating the old wiki to Confluence is a
major task (and major pain in the butt). I guess start here:

https://freeswitch.org/confluence/display/FREESWITCH/Move+Tracker

Pages might have been renamed on Confluence, combined into one page, split
into multiple pages, or just plain marked Deleted since they are no longer
needed.

The search feature is pretty decent on Confluence, so it wouldn't be bad if
you just put the top level Confluence home page in there.
