[Freeswitch-dev] **/usr/local/freeswitch/mod/mod_spidermonkey.so: undefined symbol: SSL_connect**

SSL is an undefined type for whatever reason.  It sounds like some sort of issue with your ssl install or conflicting stuff installed to your includes
