[Freeswitch-users] Call to Group goes Unanswered

No, but where else could it have come from?

After we learned of the incident, I called in to our system from my cell 
phone, and got the same response. The prompt was a male voice, not the 
usual female voice that most of the system messages are recorded in. If 
it is useful, I can recreate the original configuration, see if anything 
useful shows up on the console or in the logs.
