Yes, I took that onboard.
The scenario for wireless clients will support QUIC while the rest follows UDP/TCP/SCTP.

FreeSWITCH uses a whole variety of protocols, so it's a very broad question. there is no code in FreeSWITCH that has anything to do with QUIC. Where were you thinking it would be useful?
Has anyone ever tried running FS using QUIC rather than UDP/TCP/SCTP ?.
