[Freeswitch-users] latest stable on windows?

I can't figure out how to get the latest stable 1.4.x on Windows.

* there's no download for it - you can only get head which when I
tried a couple weeks ago was silently exiting after running for a few
hours - no error message or crash or anything useful in the log.

* I can't get it to build on VS 2013 or VS 2015 - tons of errors

* I don't see build files for the entire project in mingw, either.
