[Freeswitch-users] param name in dialplan

Hi,
Could we set param name variables defined in conf.xml file in default.xml.
Like i want to set global_heartbeat (which is used to set in
nibblebill.conf.xml file) in my dialplan/default.xml file.

<param name="global_heartbeat" value="25"/>

Is it possible? if yes, then how?
