[Freeswitch-users] fs_path with a 'transport' parameter

Yes. but i keep registrations on FS.

I looks like this on FS:
Contact: "username" <sip:username at my_IP:56211;transport=tls;fs_nat=yes;fs_path=%3Csip%3A111.222.333.444%3Br2%3Don%3Blr%3Breceived%3Dsip%3A111.222.333.444%3A56417%3E>

This way, FS tries to use TLS in case of inbound call to this registered device. Meanwhile I would like to send to opensips by UDP and let opensisps know it should use TLS for endpoint.

the invite from FS has nothing at all to do with your registration to opensips, which you can do over tls so it knows to call you back over tls.

I can add transport parameter I need on FS side, but how opensips will know that it should use a different transport for INVITE to an endpoint?

If you do a transport param on the uri, doesn't it do what you describe already?

Hello guys,

Looks like it is not possible for now but may be nice to have.
This way we will able to send INVITE from FS to opensips via UDP and let opensips know that it should use TLS for INVITE to endpoint.

Any thoughts ?

Thanks.
