[Freeswitch-users] Video conferencing with Bria 4 for Windows

According to the packet trace, FreeSWITCH 1.4.9 does not send RTCP packets
with PLI flag when a picture refresh is needed, and only sends SIP INFO

Bria indicates
a=rtcp-fb:* nack pli
in its SDP in INVITE message.

is this by design or is it a bug?
