You should use github master: https://github.com/moises-silva/openr2

I can't recall if there's differences though, but svn is definitely not the
best option now days, I might have done changes in git that are not in svn
anymore (I'm surprised svn still works, I thought I had removed it)

Try using master from github, "cd build/ && cmake .. && make install" or
something like that

Then when freetdm is configured, if it still does not detect openr2, please
share config.log using pastebin (it's located in the freetdm/ directory, is
a file produced when running ./configure)
