[Freeswitch-users] detect dtmf on b leg during bridge

Grant, this should be very easy to do using group_confirm + lua, you'd
answer in both cases, but then you'd immediately trigger the att_xfer
feature (found in dialplan/features.xml) then the answering agent could
simply enter the place to transfer to and press pound.
