<div dir="ltr">Grant, this should be very easy to do using group_confirm + lua, you'd answer in both cases, but then you'd immediately trigger the att_xfer feature (found in dialplan/features.xml) then the answering agent could simply enter the place to transfer to and press pound.<br>

<p><u></u><span>2)<span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman""> </span></span><u></u>When the call has been accepted, the b leg has the option to press 9 anytime during the conversation to bridge to another destination.<u></u><u></u></p>
